Sponsorship Levels

Thank you for your interest in supporting FIRST Team 102, the competition robotics team from Somerville High School! We are grateful for your commitment to help us achieve our goals. The different sponsorship levels and corresponding benefits are:

Friend of Team 102 ($100–$499):

• A heartfelt thank-you email acknowledging your contribution.
• Name listed on the Team 102 Supporters’ Page on our website.

Supporter of Team 102 ($500–$999):

• “Friend of Team 102” benefits plus:
• Recognition in a “Thank You Sponsors” post on our social media platforms and website.
• Name posted on Team 102 Pit Banner Marquee at competitions.
• Personalized thank-you card signed by Team 102 members.

Team 102 Champion ($1,000–$2,999):

• “Supporter of Team 102” benefits plus:
• Your name/logo on the robot and season celebration t-shirt.
• Name/logo on the team trailer (small).

Patron of Team 102 ($3,000 and above):

• “Team 102 Champion” benefits except name/logo is large size on shirts/trailer, plus:
• End of year commemorative gift.
• Team Uniform and season celebration t-shirts.
• Onsite presentation by a team with a robot to be considered with donor.

success. The terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement are outlined below.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsorship Confirmation
   • To confirm your sponsorship please complete the sponsorship agreement form below and return it to Team 102 by email or mail. You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt for your donation once the agreement is processed.
2. Payment Method
   • Team 102 accepts sponsorship payments via the following methods.
     • Check: Please make check payable to “Robotics Fund Inc.”
     • Credit Card/Online Payment: click here
3. Sponsorship Duration
   • All benefits apply for the current (2024-2025) school year.
     • Benefits related to printed materials (t-shirts, trailer, banner) will be finalized based on the production schedule.
4. Recognition and Branding
   • Social Media & Website:
     • Sponsors will be acknowledged in posts on Team 102’s social media platforms and website. Logos, names, or messages submitted for these posts must be provided by the sponsor and comply with Team 102’s guidelines for formatting and usage.
   • Pit banner Marquee & Robot:
     • All logos and names to be displayed on Team 102’s Pit Banner Marquee and robot must be submitted to Team 102 as soon as possible.
   • Season Celebration T-shirts:
     • Sponsors wishing to have their logo on the teams season celebration t-shirt must confirm their logo design and submission as soon as possible.
5. Onsite Presentation:
   • Patrons of Team 102 will have the opportunity for an onsite presentation with the team and robot, if desired. The presentation details, such as location, date, and time, must be coordinated in advance with Team 102 for a mutually agreeable date.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
   • Team 102 respects the privacy of our sponsors. All personal information provided as part of the sponsorship agreement will be kept confidential and will not be shared without the sponsor’s consent. Public recognition (name, logo) will occur per the sponsors chosen benefits.
7. Liability:
   • While Team 102 takes every precaution to ensure the safety of the team, our equipment and our sponsors, we are not responsible for any damages or loss of sponsor property during team activities or events.
8. Modification or Cancellation:
   • Should the sponsor wish to modify or cancel their sponsorship at any point, please inform Team 102 in writing. Cancellation or changes may affect benefits already rendered and results will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
